HOW DO I GET MY TICKETS?

For e-ticket orders, an e-mail containing your e-ticket(s) will be sent to the email you entered at checkout. To gain entry at the event you may show the e-ticket on a mobile device, save it to your Google or Apple wallet, or print it.

For will-call orders, you will have to collect your physical tickets at the venue before the event. After purchasing online or at the event, you will receive an email from Ticketstripe containing your receipt. You will need this receipt, the original credit card used for the order, and a valid photo ID to claim your ticket(s) at will-call before the event. All tickets must be claimed by the person who’s name is on the e-ticket. Will-call is handled by the event organizer. Contact your event organizer for more details.

I DID NOT RECEIVE MY E-TICKET

Your e-ticket(s) are emailed immediately after purchase. If you have not received an email from us with your tickets, please, check your SPAM folder first. If you cannot find your e-tickets in your email’s inbox, head to our ticket recovery center here.

If you cannot find your tickets in your Ticketstripe wallet, it may be because you mistyped your email address at checkout. Please contact us directly so we can assist you.

I CAN'T FIND MY E-TICKET

All purchased tickets are stored in your Ticketstripe wallet. If you cannot find your e-tickets in your email’s inbox, head to our ticket recovery center here.

If you cannot find your tickets in your Ticketstripe wallet, it may be because you mistyped your email address at checkout. Please contact us directly so we can assist you.

I CAN'T PLACE MY TICKET ORDER

HOW CAN I GET A REFUND?

Ticketstripe does not collect payment or issue tickets. All sales are processed and collected by the event organizer directly.

To request a refund from the event organizer:

1. Check the event description and Terms of Sale as stated on the order page. Terms of Sale are set by event organizers and agreed to by you, the purchaser, when placing the order.

2. Contact the event organizer directly using contact information from the event page.
